Please remember the two documents and the $150.00 application fee must be submitted to the board at lease 15 days before approval is needed.


Originals Must be submitted to the Condo.  Estoppel fee is $250.00

If your bank or mortgage company is requesting a copy of the master insurance document for the condo they must send that request via email to proofofinsurance@plastridge.com.  They may also send a request via Fax to: 561-819-1660. This is the Standard Operating Procedure for all insurance certificate requests by banks or mortgage companies.


If you plan to sell or lease (rent) your unit please make yourself familiar with the documents and rules linked below and submit the Procedures for Approving Sales and Leases and the Application for Approval.

Since they require two party signatures you should mail the two forms to The Condo Board of Directors, 8200 Lakeshore Dr. Hypoluxo, FL 33462

 

The documents will be scanned, distributed to the board members for approval and returned to you in PDF format so you have a copy for you and your lessee.

Hard copies can be sent via regular mail upon request for a small fee.
